Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store any payment information. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

 
Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details, please reach out to us.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control,

including weather conditions or carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We offer the following shipping options: 
  • Shipping within GTA: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days. We currently ship within GTA for orders over $50.

  • Shipping outside GTA: Estimated delivery will vary based on location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays due to natural disasters, weather, or courier issues.

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping provider or reach out to us for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In this case, please contact us by email with photos of the package and product within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work towards a resolution. We will work on a resolution, including replacement or refund if necessary.
